Thank you For choosing to follow the Kennedy Proposal. For those who are new, the journey started with an English assignment, and then transformed, in my view, into a Revolution when I headed to Washington D.C to Lobby Capitol Hill.

The KP is updated once again; however, the only improvement to the proposal are the footnotes. After rereading the MWC proposal and Senator Hatch's letter to Obama, I have found it best to follow this format.
